Advice. Facing difficult time at this point..

I have been working really hard to stay sober, and keep bouncing back and forth. Now all the kids are out, and looks like we are all going our separate ways. That is going to be tough. Any advice on how?
Thanks
Dub

The way we all do it, one day at a time.

Sorry things have gotten tough for you.

Welcome back Dub, good to see you back...

My parents split and divorced almost the same day my youngest sibling graduated HS... My dad went to AA, he got recovered and made a lot of friends... He rode a big harley, played guitar and banjo, had a great girlfriend and died happy and sober... though too young

You can do it too (just leave out the dying too young part, LOLOL, my dad had a heart condition since he was a kid)... AA? Maybe worth a think...

And, you can continue to have relationships with your children, even though they aren't living at home anymore.
