OT - Sorry, but I need more prayers
OT - Sorry, but I need more prayers
Most of you know of my aunt Phyllis and uncle Bob, who we almost lost a while ago. He had a massive heart attack yesterday and is bleeding internally, though they don't know where.
He is in a regular room, but blood pressure is really low and we have no idea of prognosis. This is his 4th major heart attack and he's had two strokes. He's 95, and I know it doesn't sound good.
I called dad to tell him and thank him for getting me to AR back when we did. I just knew I needed to see them, and we had a wonderful time.
I'm praying that I and my family can deal with whatever happens. Yes, I'd like to see him pull through but I also want him to have some quality of life.
Thank you!
Hugs and prayers,
Amy

Amy, I know how important your Uncle Bob and Aunt Phyllis are in your life. I'm cranking up the prayer machine here in Kansas. Please keep us updated as you can, and be sure to take good care of yourself, dear!
Prayers on the way! I don't know why, but I just had a mental picture of your uncle Bob as Gene Kelley, and you both were "Singing in the Rain."
At least one more dance Amy. That's what I want for both of you.

Thank you all Have heard nothing today, so am going with "no news is good news".
((Chino)) - thanks for putting a big smile on my face. If uncle Bob and I were to dance, it would be interesting as we'd have to do it with his walker, but I bet we could figure it out!
