One Month Today

Hey everyone, today is one month since I have been sober. Like the other times, my mind is slowly trying to convince me I can drink again. I would be lying if I said the cravings are gone, but they have only been there the last few days. This happens every time I get to a month, I begin to feel like I can drink again and then go back to it.

I am fighting the cravings however, which aren't very bad at all, but nonetheless there.

I am sober today which I am happy for.

Congratulations and think through the cravings. I'm sure you know, as I do, that picking up is a bad idea.

Way to go, Prodigy. Stay stopped and tell that beastly voice to take a hike. The sobriety path is an awesome place to be - can't wait to read about 2 months. Fab job - keep it up!

Congrats, I am the same , I'm at 25 days , start to feel good and a little voice creeps in suggesting I go have beer and wine to celebrate my success. Determined not to fall for it this time.
