Day 4

Well, I've made it to the start of Day 4! This morning was so thankful to be living again and enjoying the peace and calm of the sunrise. I know I'm in the danger zone, but it feels so good to be back on track again. Here's to today.

Just remember though, you may be on the right track but if you aren't moving the train will eventually catch up and run you over
