Day #3 - beginning proof

Went to the museum w/ my mom today and it was great (so was waking up not feeling like I drank...). Great museum and they had folks from the zoo/sanctuary giving a talk who brought in an owl, kestrel, several snakes and reptiles that was got to check out. Critters always make me smile.

But noticed I'm kinda shaky today. That's not like me. Also feeling very emotional, and my vision is fuzzy. Assuming this is withdrawal? Fragile, too, like I could cry at the drop of a hat - not me at all, either.

Inhale, exhale. OK, I give. Think it's gonna be an early night....

Again, glad you guys are here.

Yes, I had all that and more....but it all eventually stopped.

Glad you had a good, clear-headed visit to the museum. Life will keep getting better as you go along.

I have been crying a lot too. It is a bit odd as I am not a crier. Nice job on day 3!

427,

Way to go. also, I think the super crying hyper drive is normal. On day three I was at the bookstore looking at some themed journals and just reading some of the prompts got the tears welling up in my ducts. Hahaaha.

Hi 427,

Sounds like a pretty normal experience, just going from my own and what others have told me-props to you for making it this far, goodness knows it isn't easy! I understand the emotional thing-I don't think i've cried in the last 70 days, but always get the urge to when i'm on public transport.........weird!
