Well done for reaching day 2 and hang in there, it took me about 3 weeks to get my sleep back a bit at a time. It got better in the first week and then the second and third and by the 4 week it was totally amazing and now I sleep great, so stick with and trust me it does get better.

You have my sympathies, 427.
I've never had a lot of luck when it comes to insomnia, although I have gone through stretches of time when I am able to rise early after a reasonably long night of sleep. The sleeplessness has got to be one of the more frustrating withdrawal symptoms: so many other things seem to hinge on getting adequate rest. I am really hoping to get some relief soon. *-*
