Have a slight headache, but this sort of light and airy feeling in my head. Has to be my body adjusting. Like walking on air. Any thoughts?

I'm here with you.. Night 3. I feel oober fuzzy too! I'm drinking plenty of water and am taking a multi and b vitamin complex. I'm also bloated..ugh! I'm sure it will get better soon. Hang in there!!!

the bloating should subside, but watch what you are eating too.....(i always have too much sodium in soups too)

I found the first few days difficult, physically and psychologically. It's a big adjustment. Life is much better now though - hang in there!
