Oh man cutting off alcohol and doing atkins at once? The lack of carbs would turn me into a beastly bear

Day 15 for me. That feels so good to say. You are very strong JT to combine this with Atkins! I have been eating sweets like crazy - and I used to never eat sweets!

Congrats! We can do this!

Vegetables are carbs, just healthy ones, eat them!

I wish you well with your double endeavor!

Congratulations, you're doing really well. I'm on day 75, and my diet is still filled with chocolate and ice cream!
You've shamed me into buying something healthy for dinner!x

Wow fair play its day 8 for me and am only now starting to think about my diet ( not weight loss just in general) last week as been hard enough without putting more pressure on myself sobriety is my only goal at present. Its taken years to get in he mess I got myself into I think another month or two is needed before I start to think about weight loss.

I have successfully lost weight in the past by dieting and not drinking though once the diet slipped or I reached the weight I wanted the drinking restarted I never really dealt with the issues

I wish you all the best take care

The sweet tooth thing is driving me crazy. I always hear of people losing weight when they quit drinking. I don't think I'm going to be one of them lol
One addiction at a time....
