Hello everyone. I am now over 13 months sober. It feels great. Things are really going great these days. I have no desire to drink what s ever. I have been working nOw for 4 months. It was hard at first. I had a lot of anxiety and Panic attacks. I started taking 10 mg of Prozac back in May. The start up was horrible but after about 7 weeks I really started to feel normal and calmer. Don't get me wrong I still deal with anxiety here and there. I'm learning to control and to ultimately forget about. I lot of anxiety is brOught on by ourselves. It's hard but can be done. These days I wOrk out a lot and try eating the best foods and I make a lot of fresh veggie juice. Good stuff for the body and mind. That's all for now.
