Starting again...... Day one

Hello all, I slipped back into my old ways , 4 pints of Stella after work , two thirds of a bottle of wine and a whiskey nightcap each day. Gave up for 6 weeks before Xmas last year and I now know that sober is better and am really looking forward to not drinking this time.

Hey Dexter,
Do you have an action plan this time around? In my experience an alcoholic is unable to just decide to quit and stay quit without any program of recovery. I and millions of others have found lasting sobriety and so much more in AA. Ever consider attending an AA meeting?
