(crystal meth) Day one clean, in w/d hell and cant stop crying or craving meth

I woke up tonight after 18 hours of sleep from a 4 day meth binge. I was experiencing psychosis and hallucinations and imaginary voices at the end of my binge. Im craving more so badly im cryin,.shaking, and the mental hell is a bitch. I still have my syringe and pipe cuz i still cant throw them away. I need help and support its rough right now. I want freedom from my addiction, i cant take it anymore. I can barely see to type this as i am bawling my eyes out..i.dont know where to start or what to do, i feel so alone all i can do now is drink liquor to calm me.down help me.will do what.it takes. i hate myself for doing doing this to myself. Thank you

I'm glad you're feeling better than your thread from earlier
If you still feel concerned for your immediate well being you could always go to the ER.

As far as more support goes, have you thought of face to face recovery groups like NA, Lost? Or 12 step alternatives like SMART?

is rehab an option? I know the Salvation Army offers free rehab programmes in many parts of the US.

Walk, no, run to the nearest Narcotics Anonymous meeting and repeat what you just said here, that you "Will do whatever it takes."

I too pray you find your way to help soon.

What I have learned about meth addiction is you are the company that you keep..
If you plan to beat this, it is in your best interest to start cutting ties to your "associates" that are still using.

".i.dont know where to start or what to do"...You are doing it...The start is HERE..So far so good amigo..Keep up the good work..

Got to the nearest AA (you dont have to be a drinker only to go here) or NA meeting and get someone's phone number.
