Going out of my mind!
I am feeling vey anxious, shacky, stressed and dirty, I CANT drink to make these feelings go away I cant let my family down anymore, its not fair on them or me, i wish i didnt feel like this or act like i do 
im so angry with myself. My son will be 3 soon and im such crap mother!!!!!!!! so many times i have just wanted to end it all cos i feel powerless and helpless to the drink. I hate myself!!!!!!!

Jess, I dont know anything about you or your drinking habits, but I really think you should get some medical advice before you detox on your own. A doc may be able to help with the physical symptoms you're feeling. Please take care x

I hate myself!!!!!!!Jess, you will have to come to the point where you realize that you have to do this by yourself or go to AA.
If you can do it by yourself ... go for it !! More power to you.
If you need help, call AA in your telephone book ... of keep getting worse. You will have to decide.
