Day 1

Still got sobriety on weed, my DOC,
On booze, on harddrugs on everything.

Just back on the sigarette part.

This has been a valuable experience tough. Learned a lot about triggers and relapse-state-of-minds.

hey ive been struggling with my alcohol problem for 2 years. been sober since last tuesday. and been violently ill and going through painful withdrawal since. Cant keep anything down and shakes, sweats, terrible headache. any advice on how to maybe limit that a bit?

Cant see my doc, just moved to alberta 1 weekand a half ago. dont have one here

get one now or go to and ER. those are serious signs of withdrawal. being violently ill for over 24 hours puts you at major risk for many life threatening complications.

I think you're doing great, comingclean - I have yet to tackle my cigarette addiction. I can totally empathize!

I learned that a "relapse" happens long before you take that actual drink...

Thanks for the advice, and the locations of clinics. im feeling physically a lot better, but im also trying to arrange maybe some individual or group counselling outside of AA, though I started that. i want to beat this thing
