Well I am ok..I didnt drink Tuesday because I feel like pure crap..I was off today because of Dr.Appt for something unrelated.I have quit before never had really bad detox symptoms just nervousness etc..Nothing really bad..I actually am very healthy other than the alcohol.I let my house go which is rather depressing..I need to be cleaning like a mad man right now but have kinda took it easy today and killed my phone twice playing angry birds lol...No cravings so far..Just dunno where to begin on my house to get it back in order..Thank you all for your concerns and comments

You've got some internal house cleaning to do as well, yes? If you're like most of us, it's not the 36Th drink that's the problem, it's the first. Have you considered AA or another 12 step program?

I have considered it..I am a loner type sort of and I really just dont like the meetings I went to 2 diff ones in years past.
