Hello!
Just saying hello here. Former cocaine addict. Not into NA/AA but clean for a long time now thankfully. :) Here to read and maybe help people out. I also cut my alcohol intake back drastically recently to improve my life further and save me money. Uhm yeah that's about it for now, I never know what to type in these introduction posts anyway. :P

Yeah last time I used was...early 2006 I think. Funny how one actually loses track of one's clean time. I worked on my addiction issues mainly via the SMART way which is basically Rational Emotive Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy applied to addictions. It's really helped me the first few months/year and then I basically moved on because I don't really want my drug addled past to become a big important center of my life type of thing. (if that makes sense) I am interested in helping other people out though and well it's nice to have something to fall back on in case I'm going through rough times. :)
