What do you drink instead of alcohol

Hi

Just wondered what everyone else has replaced alcohol with?

In Jan when I stopped I drank normal water, which I drink a lot of anyway plus soda but the sugar in that is concerning and I don't really like it

This time (6 days in) I have started drinking soda water which has no sugar with a splash of lime or blackcurrant. It is delicious, really enjoyable and doesn't make me want an alcoholic drink at all

In early sobriety I drank a ton of water. Every where I went, I had my water jug with me lol. It wasn't the withdrawals, but my body was so dehydrated after 6 years of daily drinking that I constantly felt thirsty. Although it did help a lot when a craving hit, too.

My main drinks now are Coconut Milk, Coffee, Tea, and sometimes Orange Juice.

Mineral water, La Croix (love the orange) and (ironically) the mojito flavored Crystal Lite.

Lots of seltzer, diet Pepsi, coffee, tea, herbal and regular...always looking for something new, as long as no alcohol...

Lots and lots of soda water or seltzer, sometimes flavored with mio (little bottle of concentrate to add to water)
filtered water, coconut water and juice.

Herbal teas and sparkling water. It's really funny because no one ever criticised how much alcohol I drank but I've had loads of comments on the amount of tea I drink now! Whatever. It's better for me than booze and fags!

My drink used to be vodka and diet Sprite. Now i can't drink Diet Sprite! I can occasionally have a Diet 7-Up but Diet Sprite turns my tummy. I went off most sodas except for the La Croix when i stopped drinking.

I drink water, lots and lots of water. It costs almost nothing and it's good. Sometimes I drink Coke0

Not much, though. Carbonated drinks degrade your tooth enamel over time. That's not a positive side effect.

Oh, and i love Kombucha! It's pricey but awesome. I get it as a treat. There's also a fermented soda called CasCal that's good. It has as much alcohol as a piece of over ripe fruit (i think 0.05%) due to natural fermentation. It's at Whole Foods and i love it. The Ripe Rouge and Crisp White flavors are great. They blend flavors so it's a nice, complex blend.

Nope... I cannot stand tea either. [gag]

I also can't do fizzy drinks, or fruit juices... all of these used to be mixed with vodka. Too much of a nasty reminder.

I drink coffee, most probably too much. With lots of milk and sugar.

I never drank coffee when I was actively drinking... not even to help a hangover.

Oh, I also drink water sometimes too

Is it just the sodas with sugar in that do this though? I thought soda water was just water with carbon dioxide in it. I've googled it but differing views!

I've been getting into tea myself, and England is one of the few countries in Europe I don't even have relatives in.

and eating lots of granny smith apples.
I am really worried about my liver.
