I've gotta stop digging.

Rock bottom? I thought I hit that about a year ago, and yet here I am...

I lost my job last week because I drank at work. It's really hard to not beat myself up over this, but I'm trying.

I leave for rehab Monday morning. I didn't need to detox, but I do need something.

See you all when I get back. It's for 30 days lol.

Really? I thought you could just walk in... I'm Native American myself, so I have access to the Cherokee Nation Treatment center.

Sorry to hear that you're having trouble!

Programmer.... No words can sooth better than the words we tell ourselves.

I went to two rehabs. It's a really good place to take a deep breadth.

Go with an open heart and mind and you will come out a better person.

Best to you!

Thanks for that! I've wanted to go for a while... but I could never take the time away from work. I've a little saved and with the help/support of my parents, I can finally go.

Good for you , go with that open mind and listen . Look forward to hearing from you when you return.

I myself lost about 7 jobs in the last 5 years of my bender. Its so nice to not worry about all the things that drinking brings to the table today.
