I reread the 11th Step prayer twice and a light bulb went off in my head. I know why I keep on relapsing bc I am not living by this. St, Frances prayer makes sense to me now! If I am so involved in my own misery and negative thinking no wonder I relapse. I must paste this on my forehead.

I also like the "i will try and understand rather than be understood" that's one I constantly use with dealing with my ex-boyfriend!
