A sober 4th! Yeah! First in many many years.

I feel good about that.

Depression has whacked me over the head today but I am doing things to adjust.

Getting ready to grill some veggies and have been marinating a steak for a day so trying to pull out of the funk with food. Cooking relaxes me.

Glad to be here today.
