Another sober first for me!
I played on my Wii today. Its the first time I have played on it sober.
I have been putting it off because
1) I didn't have the necessary energy from previous drink related illness
2) I thought it would trigger feelings of wanting a drink
I enjoyed it, I didn't want a drink and I'm now knackered! It felt pretty good.
Just thought I'd share this :bounce

Excellent, Zee. I feel a little apprehensive before each first, but then I do it, it's over, and I try to think carefully about what I have just accomplished. I try to pound it into my head that I am making new associations, and that things I used to do that 'required' a buzz, are actually much better without any alcohol at all.
