Fell Off again
Had not had the success in the last 2 attempts that I had before. I know what i need to do. Starting again today. I am going to try to get to a meeting in the morning.

Hi Ed - So glad you came here to talk about it. That happened to me a few times, but finally I was able to ignore the little voice that said, "Oh, go ahead - just have one. You won't overdo it." We're rooting for you!
