is no contact an option

How can you go no contact if there are children involved, I guess it would be easier if he was still using, but he isn't. He still acts like an addict though and that is why I would like no contact.

I'm no contact with my ex, we have a 2 year old. I asked him to keep all communication through my solicitor, then I moved and changed my number, he knows my solicitors office though. He chose not to bother- if he had bothered though, it'd the the same, only contact through my solicitor.

I would limit it to email only and only about the children. It also cuts down on the need for communication if you have a visitation SCHEDULE and stick to it. No talk about switching days or weekends... either you take the kids or forfeit with notice.... that's it.

I am going back to dealing with my ex husband (the father of my children) only through emails. He is rude and condensending to me and I don't like the way that he treats me.

My serenity is a whole lot better when I limit interaction with him....
