Thank you, everyone at Sober Recovery!

Just wanted to give a little shout out to this fabulous new community I have found.

I was reading some posts earlier about people being apprehensive about going to their first AA meeting. Got me thinking that I needed to get myself to a meeting myself tonight as I really didn't have a good reason not to!

Got back and wanted to say THANK YOU EVERYONE! It was one of the best I have been to in a while and saw some people I hadn't run into in a while.

Also had a GREAT conversation regarding the seriousness of this disease. It is nothing but a cruel, cruel beast that will use any means necessary to hijack my sanity. Now that my mind is clear I am constantly amazed at how warped my reality really was.

Life is good, God is great, and Recovery is AWESOME!

Have a great night everyone.

William
