but I just got a small dose of that "sense of well being" it happened right after i found something that i thought was lost forever, I was so extremely happy to have found it, and then I'm sure i got a small dose of something upstairs that made feel so so good. In my life there's only been a couple of times where i felt a sustained sense of well being (weeks on end) and it's been so long ago, I thought i'd never feel that again, I hope this is at least partially sobriety related.. it's a definite feeling.
