20 Days!!!

Today marks my 20 day mark. Each day I feel stronger, and more confident that i'm doing the right thing. I have tons of support online and in my friends and family. Tonight instead of my old routine, I'm going to do some shopping after work and then see my 2 year old nephew who I love more than the world!

Thanks so much to each and every one of you who have helped me through the first 20 days!!

That is great! Everyday can be a victory when you make the right choices. I hope you are attending actual meetings, they have helped me more than anything.

Enjoy time with your niece!! Haging out with little people helps me realize it's the little things in life that are worth living for. Seeing life through their eyes is so precious.

Well get yourself back up then....I was feeling really down earlier but i managed to pick myself back up....I went to the gym and punished myself...Is there anything you can do like go for a walk or something....
