I am nervous. Things have been so wonderful without x(I guess I can call him that now) abf here. My kids are more relaxed and it's just so nice not having some abusive drunk going on random rampages and constantly nitpicking about the dumbest things. I can't believe he's even kept away and had no contact or tried to make contact since he was served on Friday evening with the temporary pfa. We've been keeping our doors locked, and being watchful, and I've been trying not to become too paranoid.

I have no idea if he's still here in town, or went back to our old hometown 2 hrs away. Maybe I'll get lucky and he won't show up tomorrow.

If he does, I'll be prepared for him to say he did nothing wrong, I'm the one at fault, etc. I think I'm more nervous to actually SEE him there than anything else.

When I first spoke with my attorney, she said that the pfa is weak, but is reasonable. Today, I went back through my diary and found things that he's done and said that I had completely forgotten about. I called my attorney and she said that it was ALOT of things and that they will be very helpful tomorrow.

I am so hoping that things go our way tomorrow. Hopefully, if he does show, she can just get him to agree to stay away. Please keep your fingers crossed for us.
