Hey everyone - so I messed up this past week and keep trying to think about why.
Is it because I worked on Sunday and therefore didn't get organized for the week?
Is it because I was tired?
I wasn't overly stressed or anything. I can't figure it out. Unfortunately the relapse caused a relapse in everything! I ate junk food and didn't work out for the whole week!!!
Yesterday ( Sunday) I made sure to cook food for the week, posted on a whiteboard on my fridge my meals and workouts for this week. I have a plan for each day.
Day 1 so far has been successful. I will be posting more frequently.

Hang in there Angela...Don't give up trying...Learn from it...Remember HALT...Don't get too Hungry...Angry..Lonely....Tired....Do what you have to do Angela..If you have to add to what you are doing...Add to it....Good to see you back.

Today is a new day and yeah it can be a sober one! Keep posting and follow your suggestions, stay busy, if possible go to a meeting, pray, and call some healthy people. The biggest thing is thank our higher Power for TODAY because that is all we have! God Bless you!!!
