And they gave me a number to ring. Who in turn said that I can have an appointment within ten days, and then maybe I might get something to help silence the AV.
And I'm told that's quite good. Apparently in London it can take 6 weeks.
Oh well, AA meeting tomorrow. Hopefully the AV will forget that I promised her a bottle of something.

You can do this, you are strong and you will make it! This part of it is very hard, but there are good things that wait for you, a treasure at the end of the rainbow!

I've seen people go from wishing they were dead every minute, to having a life that they thanked their higher power for, every day. It can and will happen for you! Please hang on a little bit longer until the path gets a little easier to follow!

I'm glad things are moving forward for you. It's not easy to wait, especially for us (and the help is slow here in the States, too), but keep putting one foot in front of the other and you'll get there!
