Update

Dear Friends, It has been quite some time that I've checked in. With the help of SR and my naranon friends, I was able to "Let Go & Let God". I was able to take care of "me". I was able to learn that no matter what I said, did or tried to control.....it was not going to change my daughter.
She had to want to change badly enough herself.

She now has 29 months clean. I say this with great graditute to God. In the time since she has been clean, she has gone thru a divorce and
many custody hearings, etc...........she has remained clean throughout.

None of this was because of anything I did.

I always say in meetings to "Keep the Hope" and pray for a miracle. (both for our loved ones and ourselves)

Congratulations on you giving her the dignity to live her life as she chooses, and to her for 29 months clean, no matter what!

Thank you Chris, that is a wonderful testimony. I hope and pray one day (in God's time) I can share the same thing.

I'm new to SR, but old to life with an addicted son, so I am so glad to hear of you and your daughter's good news. God is good. I, too, remain in hope and faith. Blessings to you both, and all who love and care for you.

Its so wonderful to see God's amazing grace working thru my daughter. Thank you all for being there for me. It was your insight and support that helped me give her the room to make her own decisions.
