New addict.
Hi everyone, I'm new on this site. 11 days ago I quit adderal and benzodiazepines cold turkey. Between the two, my problem with them extended for about 5 years. I'm going through the withdrawals right now, and any advise, or just someone to talk to that has been going through this, would be great. thanks.
