1 year today

to everyone here for their support. Today, I am one year sober.

To look back at this time last year - I certainly am a very different person. I am a grateful alcoholic who feels very lucky to have to the gift of sobriety.

I'm off for a 7 mile walk with my two beautiful dogs to celebrate

Congratulations! With nearly 40 days under my belt I am wanting to hit 365 just to have that much distance between me and the fool who gave it all up and fell in the rabbit hole - again.
