AVRT Info?

Could someone give me some more information about it? I've been to the website, done the crash course, and it seems like it could help me. I've also read quite a few posts in this forum about it. I'm just very interested in it.

AVRT is explained in the following book:

Rational Recovery: The New Cure for Substance Addiction by Jack Trimpey

I recommend that you get yourself a copy. It is fairly cheap on Amazon, and they have used copies. There is also an AVRT discussion thread on this forum, which has a lot of information.
