Hi, I'm Back

Hi there. Been a while. I've been away from here for a bit because I've had some things I had to deal with, taking all my attention away from...well, everything. I hope everyone here has been doing OK. I see we've still no shortage of new people every week. Hope you all find some peace and good info here.

Dad was sober for a few months but then he went back to drinking about 2 months ago. It was good while it lasted. I should have visited him more during his sober months.

I'm pretty stressed out and taking it one day at a time.

Hey thanks so much! I'm hanging in there, taking it one day at a time. Trying to be the healthiest I can by taking care of ME FIRST. I've been sacrificing my own comfort and serenity for others too much lately. Not sure exactly what I need right now but it sure is good to be here with these welcomes. You guys are great
