Arrested
The dv advocate called to say xa is the the back of a police car. He will likely bond out quickly, but a bond stipulation will be no contact with me.
I hope he doesn't use his One call on me. Lmao.

Agree here, be very careful.
I read the book "The gift of fear". It states that the worse time for a woman is when she tries to leave a relationship, or files an order of protection.
An order of protection is just paper, it does not stop a bullet and it does not stop a knife. Don't let your guard down. Better to be safe than sorry.
Is there some place else that you can stay for awhile, just so that you can see how he reacts to this? Let's say for about 2 weeks. Have friends with you at all times. Don't go to the places that you usually go to on the days that you usually do. Shopping--- drive an extra 15 - 20 minutes. Work --- let them know.
Don't take any phone calls from him, or his family, or his friends.
I don't want to scare you, I just want for you to take precautions.
Never assume that you really knew this person, and that this is something that he will not do.
He already violated a protection order.
Never doubt whether or not you did the right thing, YOU DID.
Most likely everything will be fine, I just want you to be alert to everything right now, if you get a bad feeling about something, go with it, don't ignore it.
Thinking of you. I also went through this, my ex never did anything, but I was grateful that I was prepared for anything.
