One Of Those Strange Alcoholic Crash And Burns
Great day, all right With the World Then Wham Hit Myself On the Head With the Downer Get Upper Bat. Didn't look for car keys got on SR and a meeting though I'm not a meeting guy. If sobriety is worth anything it's worth everything, anytime, anyway. So glad I can contact my family and know someone will pick up the call.

I'm better already, called somebody, got on SR and put a burger on the grill. Its about action not wallowing in self-pity. My day will not end in a downer. It's about mental/physical spiritual movement, now I'll watch a baseball movie. I will do this ya all.
