hi people, a wee bit about myself I am on day 3 of cold turky from nurofen plus, My head is bursting shaky legs but not as bad as i thought i would be although the runs have just started and tomoorrow will prob be worse. I was on anything up to 64 a day but i have a week of work and if i cant do it now i never will. I have the support of my wife which is a big thing. I am also a recovering alcholic 3 and a half years sobber now. sorry my typing is all over the place but hands a bit shakey
