cafiane/energy drinks/softdrinks

Were do you guys draw the line.
I like all.
I like my coffee, my coca cola, my energy drinks.
It's all terrible.
Way too much sugar.
Pure poison.
So I try to moderate.

U guys?

coffee with half a pink packet, water. rarely soda, and when I do, it's gingerale as it has less sugar than other sodas. as a treat, dr. pepper. 100% fruit juice. milk. home-made Kool Aid with more water and less sugar.

never had an energy drink.

Hi Coming clean,

As long as it hasn't got any alcohol or drugs in it then I wouldn't be too bothered mate.

Stay safe,

Bruno.

When I first stopped drinking in February I was seriously moody and abrupt with my family so I cut coffee and fizzy drinks out for a while.

I now limit myself to 2 cups of coffee a day but drink as much water as my bladder can cope with!

I really don't miss the coffee or fizzy juice any more.

Ok, well, I have been known to have 5 litres (not all at once) of Mountain Dew when I've needed to stay awake for 24 hours at game conventions. But other than those times I never touch the stuff and only drink diet soda.

I go with diet green tea. Love the stuff but I agree, as long as it does not have booze get nuts. BTW did you ever try MI? Concentrated vitamin water. Just get water and give a couple of squirts.

When I was drinking I'd go through about 5 or 6 liters of coke a week. If it wasn't with rum it was so I could stay awake at work while hungover. Since I quit over 3 weeks go I havent had a single coke or soft drink! I drink mostly water now. I'm still waiting to lose some weight since I cut out all that rum and coke though!

oke...
did some thinking on the subject.
No more energydrinks.
Coffee is allowed with moderation.
For the rest all sorts of tea, water, lemonade (add water and fresh lemon), milk, hot chocolate.

I don't want to give up on coffee.

If you're worried about the sugar, get diet cola.

I'm a big fan of energy drinks personally. Rockstar zero carb is my favorite, practically no calories and the caffeine of 2-2.5 cups of coffee all in an easy-to-chug can...

That being said, you do need to be a little careful with them. Had unpleasant side effects on occasion.

I love it all- i tend to suffer from low gradev depression and "waking up" so i go with my iced coffe in the morning, a redbull middday or a green monster. Screw the calories- i have limited indulges now...I reward myself. JUst me...i wish you well with your decision!
