Day 4 and awake with the birds!
Day 4 and awake with the birds!
Good (early) morning everyone!
My day 4 is beginning with the sound of birds chirping because it's 5 am my time. Who knew a person could wake up this early on their own? My alarm still has an hour before going off yet I'm thinking of all the ways I can be productive!
This morning I will go for a run and start the day off right.
Tonight is a night off for me which used to be a trigger for me.
My plan for tonight :
Ride my bike to and from work so I can't drive to the liquor store after work
Make a good dinner (and healthy)
File the papers scattered on my coffee table
Clean the bathroom
I'll start with that and if I need more to fill the time, I'll write it down too.
What's everyone else's plan to get through today?

Good Morning Angela! I, too, wake up with the birds every morning. I love drinking my coffee with my doors open, listening to the many different birds in our trees. It's a great way to start the day!
My plan today is to take a long walk by the lake followed by a lot of activity with my puppy. Then I'll water the garden, do some yoga, go to the market and cook a delicious dinner. Welcome to sober life!

Great plans everyone! I set a bit of a log term goal today - signed up for a 10 k race for the end of August! This will hopefully be an additional motivation to keeping up this healthy lifestyle.
Adding to my "keep busy" list for tonight, I will be purchasing some new running shoes!
