hi everyone. today marks one week sober for me.
i'm pretty excited, and trying to stay focused on the next step, so that i don't start sliding back....easy to think you can relax, but i seem to be learning my addictions lie in wait for just that moment.

The first week is the hardest to get through. You've accomplished it and that deserves a big congratulations! . Keep your head up and stay positive and your recovery will go along just fine. When you hit a sour spot, just remember that alcohol will never cure problems, only make them worse.
