Wink 7th Birthday - Thanks
Yesterday was my 7th Anniversary and I have had a wonderful day. So much has happened in the last two years not all of it easy to deal with much loss and pain followed by huge growth spurts and a sense of wellbeing and peace.

I am clean today because of people like you. I am so grateful not to be living that life of pain, misery and denial, living in squalor and lost to everything.

I am writing again after 18 years, singing, playing drums, have a busy full lovely life, full of lovely people, most of them in recovery.
