Hello Bonnie back again.
Day One not too bad. Restless in the evening and did'nt sleep well. Woke at 3am and that was it, wide awake.
Today, Day Two, fine not thought about alchohol up to now. Keeping myself really busy and also taking a look at this lovely forum.
Hanging in there up to now and feeling quite 'normal'
Working tomorrow so will try and get an early night so as to get up nice and bright for work!
