I stumbled upon this forum looking up stuff about PTSD. I think a lot of you might find this to be another useful resource, I found a lot of the threads on it are really interesting! They even have a whole section devoted to the subject of therapy itself where a lot of people talk about what it's like for them, ask questions about what is expected in therapy, etc. This forum covers a VERY wide range of mental health disorders it seems as well as special sections for Addicts, ACoAs, and those who struggle with childhood abuse issues.
