Hello! I'm new. Today is number 5.
The physical withdrawal is gone. I had the shakes, sweats, vomiting, headache, fear, anxiety and pounding heart. I thought I was going to die, but it passed. Now I just need to get over the emotional hangover and the cravings.

!

I haven't gone without a drink for 24 hours in the past year!
