booze n dating.
Tryon t quit again had done so before. But met a girl she's great we had only met twice n had great time boozing and partying. But im gonny try give this stuff up as I dnt like it but feel shel find me boring. Anyone bn here before lol.
I think the boring thing is a fear most people have Miko but it's rarely the case. I do know for myself though that I really don't think I could date someone who drank this early in recovery...I don't think trying to quit whilst seeing someone that you were seeing while you were both drinking is gonna work..if that makes sense? I had to detach myself from someone for that very reason. Put your recovery first x
welcome back Miko
Sober me is the real unvarnished me - I don't think I'm boring.
Boring was falling over, picking fights, getting thrown out of bars, being sick, wetting myself, having my gf carry me home...
If someone found sober you - the real you - boring, why would want to be around them?
I know it's a bit of a leap of faith cos you don;t know the outcome - but there's loads of us here love our lives and our selves sober
why not give it a chance Miko?

It's never a good idea to drink alcohol on the first few dates even if you don't have a drinking problem. The reason for this is that your not your true self when alcohol is in your system and getting loose up with alcohol is never a good reason to drink anyway.
