Are you under a doctor's care?

Why not talk to the dr who prescribed the medication to you and get his advice about your symptoms?

I hope you feel better.

I used alcohol and Valium, I sobered up in 1989.

I strongly suggest you consult your doctor and get involved in AA and NA

All the best.

Please go to an ER if you are concerned.

welcome benzofree2be

I strongly recommend seeing a Dr as well - why would you not if you're in absolute misery?

The wisest and safest thing is to ask your doctor for direction.
Starting the meds again without medical assistance is not a good idea
