Good morning
Woke up with the weirdest headache...but I did sleep almost 8 hours!
Gonna take the doggie out for a walk in a little bit ...took out something to make for dinner....I definitely am gonna read a book and relax later
I have to look at my to do list too and pick something to scratch off of that...hmmmm

Anewlife hang in there. It does get better and your body and mind do come round to relishing the sober life. I am three months in SR now, and feel better than I have for years.
Sober is the new black
