Reliable(absolutely)
Operates On Minimal Amount Of Sleep.
Trustworthy (keeps secrets well)
Janitorial Skills (constantly picking up the pieces)
Can Juggle Finances When All Hell Breaks Loose.
Enthusiastic and Smiling even while the company is crashing down around everyones feet!
And, will stick around to pick up the pieces to try to put it back together again!

Sounds like really valuable work experience to me!
Any Employer would want this type of talent, wouldn't they?

I forget about the holes in the walls.
I am a water damage technician too.
I just wet vacced 18 gallons of water out of my sons car after he drove it in to the lake.

What a lot of talent and follow through we all have!
