So im having a super rough day today...thought i could handle a glass of wine with dinner last night( stupid and wrong) so as per usual im beating the crap outta myself today...
I hate this illness so badly....

Well i have been to a couple aa meetings... Very hard for me ...i know i cant do it alone ..not sure what other programs i should look into

Did you look at the Big Book?....Maybe listen to few speakers online?...Going to a couple meetings isn't going to fix you...It takes some effort. I guess if AA is not for you...You could look into AVRT...I don't know much about it....But some people here use it. You have to do something....Get the idea you can have one out of your head for a start.
