Mr. Hyde is rattling his cage...

Late afternoon, it's about 80 degrees outside. A nice cold beer (or 30) would be great right about now. NOT!!!! Scarfed a couple of granola bars and about 1/2 gallon of iced tea and the craving has passed.

Its weird - once I get past about 5:00pm I don't really have any more cravings. I guess it's a habitual thing. I'm also craving chocolate and ice cream. Fortunately I can't consume those in near the quantities that I've been able to guzzle booze.

A little chocolate and ice cream won't hurt you. Hang in there shooter.

Funny isn't it. I never ate chocolate before I stopped drinking now I can't stop. But still been losing weight which goes to show how much beer I was drinking! x

Its freezing cold and raining here in London - so please send some sum across the big pond

Like you I also crave chocolate and generally eat enough for a small family – its really hard to resist.

Resisting temptation always makes me feel good about myself as I know that I am getting stronger.

I've been stuffing my face too with all kinds of junk. I don't care at the moment I just need to focus on not drinking and worry about the food issue next week.

Good job shooter. Mr. Hyde can rattle away all he wants... It's white noise and should be treated as such. The poor thing is only wanting his way...too bad for him since YOU are in charge now
