Anyone awake?

Just woke up randomly at 4:30am and can't go back sleep. Im having these intense waves of anxiety. I don't wanna make any irrational choices like spending 80 bucks and driving all the way back home.. I had about seven beers last night after being sober for 14 days it may just be a guilt thing?

I always woke like that after drinking FLA....

I'd usually feel better when dawn hit tho - sometimes even got some zzzz's then - maybe try to ride it out?

Maybe make a nice cup of tea with honey or sugar and then try to get some sleep.

The computer may just speed you up more.

Drink some juice.

Ya I guess so. Geez drinking is just to much of a hastle! Not worth it what so ever. At least now I'll never be able to say "maybe I can moderate it now" because obviously alcohol just makes me feel horrible no matter how much I have. Thanks dee.

I think hanging around sobriety has ruined your drinking.

Drinking and no sleep always went hand in hand with each other for me. Just another reason why I don't want to drink anymore.
